Refund & Returns Policy

As each item is made to order, it is exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. I don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. I'm also unable to accept returns on gift cards.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and get in contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived, please wait at least 4 weeks from your shipping date before getting in touch, as orders typically take 1–3 weeks to arrive. This applies to both UK and international orders.

After the 4-week period, I'll arrange a resend of your item at no extra cost.

Subscription Cancellations

You're welcome to cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. If billing has already been processed, I'm not able to offer a part-month refund, but your subscription will stay active until the end of that billing period.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
