FAQs

How long does shipping take?

UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. International orders may take 1–3 weeks depending on your location and local customs. If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of shipping, please reach out via the contact page.

Can I purchase previous month editions?

Yes! Once an edition has passed, it moves into my Previous Editions collection where it's available as a one-time purchase while stocks last. Each edition is made in limited quantities, so I can't guarantee availability.

Are the items handmade?

Yes! Every Boundary Cat item is lovingly handcrafted and designed by me.

Is there a cut-off date for subscribing each month?

The cut-off date is the 24th of each month, and orders are shipped on the last day of each month. If you subscribe before the cut-off, you will receive that month's envelope. If you subscribe after the cut-off, your first envelope will be the following month's edition (e.g. If you subscribe on the 10th June, your order will be the June edition shipping out end of June . If you subscribe on the 25th June, your order will be the July edition shipping at end of July).

How can I update my address and payment details?

You can update your address, payment details, pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

I need to make a change to my order!

Don't stress! Send me an email through the contact page and I'll make sure it's updated before your Boundary Cat is sent out. I can usually respond within 24 hours.

When is Boundary Cat billed each month?

Boundary Cat is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up. So if you sign up on the 15th of June, you will be billed on the 15th of each month.
